Tonight was the grand opening of the little Caesar's on Echo Park blvd. It looked pretty empty at 5 when I biked past so I figured I'd go support them for dinner. A "hot 'n ready" cheese pizza for $5 couldn't be all bad, right? When I got there a 6:30pm there was a line out the door. Much relieved I turned to echo park spirits for dinner and found this tasty Salvadorian lager - REGIA extra.
